Progressive muscle relaxation and breathing techniques may help with increasing focus as one brings themself out of that stress, fight, flight, freeze, faint/fawn (sympathetic nervous system) to a more comfortable state of relaxation (engaging the parasympathetic nervous system).

Take 3: Progressive Relaxation & Breathing Exercise (with a different microphone). Just like in life it may take many, many, many times to try to get a moment "perfect." Take 3 is not perfect LOL. Just another time to practice.
